Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a Fyy Community account, buy or claim a license key, or use the dashboard, delivery, and monitoring features. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Fyy Community is an independent online service that sells and issues time-limited license keys and provides the account dashboard, key delivery, and monitoring features that go with them. Our support channel is the official Fyy Community Discord.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to buy a license, keep your keys in one place, and use the dashboard. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and you must provide accurate information. One person or organisation per account; accounts and licenses are not transferable.

3. Licenses and keys

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software we deliver, for the period shown on the key, on the number of devices and account slots shown on the key. A key may be bound to a device fingerprint and to the account that holds it. You do not buy the software itself, and nothing here transfers ownership of it. Keys must not be resold, shared, published, or used to provide access to anyone else. Access may be limited or reset to enforce these rules.

4. Payments and delivery

Prices, currencies, and the payment methods offered are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment providers process the payment; their own terms apply to that step. Digital delivery is normally immediate once the provider confirms payment. Keep your order reference: it is how we locate your purchase if delivery is delayed or a key needs to be repaired.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the service or with other people's accounts. Do not attempt to bypass, overload, or reverse engineer the license system, the delivery system, or the request checks. Do not use automated means to farm keys or to abuse sponsored offers, and do not misrepresent the service as being endorsed by anyone else.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, or revoke a key, if these terms are broken, if a payment is reversed or fraudulently obtained, or if we are required to do so. Where a key is revoked for a reason other than your breach, we will consider it under the refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its dashboard, its delivery system, its monitoring features, and all related software are protected by copyright and remain the property of Fyy Community or its licensors. You receive only the limited right described in section 3.

9. Trademarks and third parties

Fyy Community™ is a trademark of Fyy Community.

Fyy Community is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any other third party named on this site. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Names of products, games, platforms, and services that appear on this site are used only to describe what the service is compatible with or to identify the third party that provides something. Their appearance is not a claim of any connection with us.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for a third-party platform's decisions about your account on that platform. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be raised through the official Fyy Community Discord.
